1. Agreement and scope
These terms govern your access to and use of Ari, including chat, content tools, saved results, accounts, credits, websites and related features operated by Seedbox LC.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these terms and any policies referenced in them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility and accounts
The Service is available only to users who are at least 15 years old. Do not use the Service if you are under 15.
Using some features may require an account. You must provide accurate and current information, protect your login credentials, and not share, sell or transfer your account.
Seedbox LC may refuse, restrict or delete an account if information is inaccurate, the account is used without authorization, or the age requirement is not met.
3. The Service and your use
The Service helps with writing, summarizing, organizing, drafting and saving results. You decide whether the Service is appropriate for your use case and remain responsible for how you use results.
Feature availability may vary by plan, region, system capacity, safety, law or operational requirements. Seedbox LC may apply usage limits, queues, reviews or other operational conditions.
4. Your content
You keep your rights in content, files, prompts, responses and information that you submit or save through the Service.
You grant Seedbox LC a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide permission to host, store, process, display and transmit your content as needed to operate the Service, provide support, protect the Service, comply with law and improve quality.
You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed for the content you submit, and that the content does not violate law or another person's rights.
5. Generated results
To the extent permitted by law, you may use results generated by the Service. Results are not exclusive, and other users may receive similar or matching results.
Results may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated or unsuitable for your context. You must review them before using, publishing or relying on them.
Results are not professional legal, medical, financial, tax, educational, employment, safety or emergency advice, and should not be the sole basis for high-impact decisions.
6. Prohibited use
Do not use the Service, directly or through another person, for any of the following:
- Violating laws, regulations, sanctions, intellectual property, privacy, publicity or other rights of any person.
- Creating or distributing fraud, phishing, spam, malware, harassment, hate, threats, sexual exploitation, illegal content or instructions that enable harm.
- Making employment, credit, insurance, housing, education, health, legal, safety or other high-impact decisions without human review and a lawful independent basis.
- Probing, testing, breaking, bypassing or weakening authentication, usage limits, security systems, filters or other Service controls.
- Bulk data extraction, scraping, bots or other automated use without Seedbox LC's written permission.
- Using the Service to build, train or improve a system that competes with the Service or third-party services that power it.
- Misrepresenting results as human-authored, verified by Seedbox LC, or an official statement of Seedbox LC.
7. Safety and enforcement
Seedbox LC may use limits, filters, review, account controls and usage checks to operate the Service, prevent abuse, protect users and enforce these terms.
If Seedbox LC reasonably believes your use violates these terms, creates risk for the Service or requires legal handling, it may refuse a request, remove content, limit a feature, suspend an account or delete an account. You may contact us at [email protected] about the action.
8. Third-party services
The Service may rely on providers of infrastructure, authentication, storage, payments, analytics and response-generation systems, or link to third-party websites and services.
Third-party services may have their own terms and policies. Seedbox LC is not responsible for third-party services, content, availability or conduct.
9. Credits, payments and promotions
Some features may require credits. Credits are a Service usage unit, not money, deposits, digital assets or cash-equivalent value except where required by law.
Credits may be purchased, granted as rewards, issued through promotions or adjusted for operational reasons. They may have expiration dates, usage limits, eligibility conditions or separate policies shown when issued.
Payments, taxes, refunds, cancellations and withdrawal rights are governed by applicable law and the terms shown at purchase. Mandatory consumer rights are not waived.
10. Intellectual property and feedback
Seedbox LC owns the Service, software, design, marks, brands, documentation and all related elements, except for your content and rights retained by law or third parties.
You may submit feedback or suggestions. Seedbox LC may use them without payment or obligation, to the extent permitted by law.
11. Privacy
Personal data processing is described in the Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you acknowledge that content and usage information may be processed to provide the Service, maintain safety, provide support and comply with legal duties.
If you use the Service for an organization or another person, you are responsible for providing required notices and obtaining consent or another lawful basis for that processing.
12. Service changes, availability and discontinuation
The Service changes over time. Seedbox LC may add, change, limit, suspend or remove features for operational, safety, product, legal or business reasons.
The Service may be unavailable during maintenance, errors, capacity limits, provider issues or events outside Seedbox LC's reasonable control. If a paid Service is permanently discontinued, Seedbox LC will provide notice or remedies required by law.
13. Suspension and account closure
You may stop using the Service at any time and request account closure through available Service controls or by contacting [email protected].
Seedbox LC may restrict, suspend, close or delete an account if there is a breach of these terms, risk to the Service or users, a legal duty, unauthorized account use, non-payment, or failure to meet age requirements.
After termination, your right to use the Service ends. Clauses that should survive by their nature, including payments, intellectual property, privacy, safety, disclaimers, liability, indemnity and disputes, continue to apply.
14. Warranty disclaimer
To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided as is and as available. Seedbox LC does not warrant that the Service or results will be accurate, complete, secure, uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose.
Warranties, rights or duties that cannot be excluded under mandatory law are not excluded.
15. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Seedbox LC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages, including lost profits, revenue, goodwill, data or use.
To the extent permitted by law, Seedbox LC's total liability for all claims relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, or a nominal amount if you paid nothing.
Nothing limits liability for intent, gross negligence, personal injury, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited under mandatory law.
16. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you will defend and indemnify Seedbox LC against claims, losses and expenses arising from your unlawful use of the Service, your content, your breach of these terms, or your violation of another person's rights.
17. Changes to these terms
Seedbox LC may update these terms because of changes to law, safety, the Service, product or business needs. Material changes will be notified in a reasonable way where practical.
If you do not want to accept updated terms, you must stop using the Service. Continued use after new terms take effect means you accept them.
18. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without limiting mandatory protections provided by applicable consumer law.
The parties will first try to resolve disputes in good faith. Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, disputes will be submitted to the court with jurisdiction over the company's head office (the Seoul Central District Court).
19. General
These terms, together with referenced policies, are the entire agreement between you and Seedbox LC regarding the Service. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign your rights or duties without Seedbox LC's consent. Seedbox LC may assign these terms as part of a reorganization, merger, asset sale or other business operation.
